• All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due as per the agreed payment schedule
• Government fees and third-party charges are additional
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Service Delivery and Timelines

• Service timelines are estimates and may vary based on government processing
• Delays due to incomplete documentation are not our responsibility
• Government authority decisions are beyond our control
• We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery

6. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for government authority decisions or rejections
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or approvals
• Client's failure to comply with requirements releases us from liability

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. However, we may disclose information when:

• Required by law or government authorities
• Necessary for service delivery (with your consent)
• Authorized by you in writing
• Required for legal proceedings

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of First Idea Consultant LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for breach of terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For illegal or unethical conduct

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and we will return client documents within 30 days.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
