Amir Aslam founded First Idea Consultant LLC in Dubai in 2015. We help founders, freelancers and investors, most of them coming from abroad, set up a UAE company and everything that follows it: the licence, the residence visa, the bank account application and the tax registration.
Most clients start in a free zone. For Meydan and IFZA we sell four fixed packages, from AED 12,500 for a licence with no visa. For the mainland, offshore companies and other free zones, you get an itemised written quote before you pay anything.
We are plain about what we control and what we do not. Licences and visas are approved by the authorities, and bank accounts by the banks. Our job is to prepare a complete file, check it against the requirements before it goes in, and follow it through to the end.

Our free zone packages are fixed. At Meydan: Basic AED 12,500, Standard with one visa AED 23,136, Premium AED 28,136 and Gold AED 48,136. At IFZA: AED 12,900, AED 23,436, AED 28,436 and AED 48,436. Premium covers the company, one residence visa and business bank account opening assistance. Can you guarantee that my bank account will be approved?
No. Bank account opening is subject to each bank's KYC, compliance review and final approval. We prepare the file, pre-check it against the bank's requirements, and if one bank declines we apply to the next.
Do I need a local sponsor?
Not in a free zone, where you can own 100% of the company. Most mainland activities can now be 100% foreign-owned as well; a few regulated activities still need a UAE national partner or a local service agent. We check your activity before you apply.
How is a UAE company taxed?
0% personal income tax. Corporate tax is 9% only on profit above AED 375,000, and registration is included in every package from Standard upward. VAT registration depends on your turnover, and we handle it if you need it.
